But if we&#8217;re being honest, we&#8217;d never taken our own search performance as seriously as we should have. That changed when we decided it was time to practice what we preach.</p>
<h2>The Decision to Invest in Ourselves</h2>
<p>The catalyst was simple: we wanted to upskill in SEO and deliver even better outcomes for our clients. But we also recognised that the best way to truly understand search engine optimisation was to experience the challenges, wins and learnings firsthand.</p>

The Spot Buddy represented more than just another product launch; it was the perfect middle ground that customers had been asking for.</p>
<h2>Building the Foundation</h2>
<p>The Faith Agency took ownership of the entire launch ecosystem. We didn&#8217;t just create ads and call it a day – we built the complete digital foundation from the ground up. This included developing creative concepts that would resonate across social media and paid advertising channels, while simultaneously crafting the digital home for the product through dedicated landing pages and product pages on the Britex website.</p>

<p style="font-weight: 400;">For 2025, we worked closely with Freighter Group to create something truly special &#8211; a fully interactive online brochure displayed on large-format touchscreens throughout their stand. With the recent rebranding bringing all trailer models under one cohesive brand identity, we identified an opportunity to showcase their entire product range in an engaging, interactive format.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">The interactive display allows users to explore 3D models of each trailer, rotating and examining them from every angle, peering underneath, and zooming into specific features. Key specifications and benefits appear as hotspots when users interact with different elements of each model.</p>

<p style="font-weight: 400;">After extensive research to find the perfect platform, we selected Vectary for its ability to handle large-format CAD files while providing the flexibility we needed to maintain brand consistency. Rather than using an off-the-shelf solution, we created a custom subdomain of the Freighter Group website, giving us complete control over the user experience while integrating the 3D models seamlessly.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Developing the site architecture to house the online brochure was a critical part of this, aiming to maintain the right look and feel of the brand’s digital presence, while also ensure better user experience reflecting the touchscreen nature of the presentation at the Truck Show (such as horizontal scrolling rather than vertical, or a simplified page structure that didn’t require clicking through endless landing pages).</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Our team collaborated extensively with Freighter Group&#8217;s engineers, ensuring each model was accurately represented. One of the key advantages of our approach is the ability to update models while preserving existing hotspots and feature callouts, making ongoing maintenance efficient and straightforward.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Of course, working with such detailed technical files presented challenges. These trailers, often 10-15 meters in length and rendered at full scale, required significant optimisation to perform well in a show environment where connectivity can be unpredictable. Through careful refinement, we delivered a smooth experience that performed flawlessly on the show floor.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Looking ahead, we&#8217;re continuing to expand the interactive brochure platform, with plans to add nearly 40 models. The site will become an invaluable sales tool for dealers, providing customers with an engaging way to explore Freighter Group&#8217;s comprehensive product range.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Faith Agency has a long and successful history of working within the transport and trucking industry. When international trucking brand, CAT Trucks, looked to launch into the Australian market, Faith developed a comprehensive brand strategy and communications program that would aggressively build market share.</p>
<p>With a focus on innovation, CAT had invested heavily in new trucking models, enhanced aerodynamics, new fuel-efficient technologies, environmental management, driver comfort and ergonomics. These model and product initiatives needed to be communicated to a wide and varied audience, from government officials though to transport industry executives, truck drivers and owner operators.</p>
<p>Digital display advertising, engaging video content, eDM’s and social media across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, were key platforms to target these audiences.</p>
<p>The launch campaign involved an extensive three day shoot that Faith planned, directed and managed. The primary objective of the shoot was to demonstrate the versatility, durability and comfort of the new model, which saw the new truck filmed across a variety of undulating landscapes from Adelaide to Central Australia. The Faith team utilised a range of action orientated camera techniques and equipment to ensure production values were delivered on screen.</p>
<p>Once footage was captured, all post production including the musical score development was done in-house at Faith to create a truly impressive launch video.</p>
<p>To support the launch, key vehicle benefits and developments were presented via “walk through” videos using a qualified presenter who took the viewer on a focused and informative tour of the new model. The Faith team once again, planned, directed and managed through to final edited outcomes.</p>
<p>Once the videos had been completed and disseminated through digital and social media platforms, the engagement metrics were outstanding with industry benchmarks consistently beaten.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="font-weight: 400;">In May 2024, we launched the new website for regional law firm Stringer Clark. We’ve been working with Stringer Clark for a few years now and in more recent years have developed quite a close relationship with them and their sister firm, Ryan Carlisle Thomas. For Stringer Clark, our key project up to now had been the Dave TVC commercial developed last year to reintroduce the brand’s long-time animated spokesperson to the market after several years without any presence.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Towards the end of last year, we completed work on Ryan Carlisle Thomas’ new website, working closely with the firm to identify a new brand identity that would better distinguish themselves from Stringer Clark, with the two brands previously sharing a very similar colour palate and visual language.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Having completed that project, work turned to Stringer Clark, ensuring that the branding that had been developed for them previously was maintained and kept distinct from Stringer Clark, while also making sure that there were ‘echoes’ of the two brands between each other.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">The website was built on the same site architecture as Ryan Carlisle Thomas’ build, but new imagery and copy was developed to better align with the country-based approach that Stringer Clark takes to market. As a key firm across Western Victoria, it was felt that we needed to represent these people in imagery used, and when combined with their tagline, “Truly Local Lawyers”, that we presented a very strong rural message.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">The site is better integrated with the firm’s CRM platform of choice, Hubspot, allowing customers to contact them via built-in contact forms, which go direct to the lawyer intaking the new client. It is also optimised for SEO and SEM campaigns that will commence in the coming months.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">The website went live without issue and has proven to be a hit with both staff and customers alike. We look forward to continuing our work with Stringer Clark to help bring this new website to life. A culmination of six months of exhaustive work to present a new vision for what the long-standing law firm represents, the site is a major step forward. Faith assisted not just with the development of the website, but identified the new position and presentation, emphasising their caring reputation and cohesive mission in putting the client first, while also maintaining a happy and dynamic workplace culture of close-knit lawyers.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">After conducting thorough workshops with senior management and lawyers from all parts of the business, Faith trialled multiple positioning lines before Ryan Carlisle Thomas ultimately went with the tagline of ‘Caring. Committed. Courageous.’ Present through the website and forming a cornerstone of the brand’s positioning, this is a line that captures the full extent of their service offerings. It will be present throughout the firm’s advertising efforts moving forward, representing their core values in a streamlined and effective message.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">RCT’s new website has been carefully curated, with detailed thought given to the copy present, iconography and imagery used, and the colours presented within the design. While the firm’s primary brand colours are quite stark (red, white, and dark grey), it was felt that a shift to including a pink and darker red represented the brand’s subtle evolution over the past several years. With over 90% of their workforce being female covering a range of services that can be, at times, quite confronting, the firm wanted to present a slightly softer touch in terms of their colourings. The additional benefit of this new colour was an overall enhancement to the user experience, providing greater contrast and improved visual appeal.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Faith is excited to be continuing to work with Ryan Carlisle Thomas Lawyers in 2024, including new media campaigns and creative executions aimed at continuing to drive the brand onwards and upwards.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ecobatt&#8217;s Battery Collection Service has almost 5,000 collection bins nationally, with Australia&#8217;s leading retailers. Its important that you let people know how their batteries are collected and safely transported for reprocessing.  Ecobatt, part of the <a href="http://ecocycle.com.au">Ecocycle </a>group of companies, is leading the way in ensuring Australia reduces the amount of batteries going into landfill.   A three minute content video was produced by Faith to explain how Ecobatt&#8217;s distribution drivers play a key role in making sure batteries are safely transported from retailer to the sorting plant.  The protocols and ways in which <a href="http://ecobatt.net">Ecobatt</a> has made these collection bins as safe as possible are explained in an easy to understand and conversational way.  With highly sophisticated sensors the temperature of the batteries are monitored together with the custom made software which allows stock levels to be monitored for efficient management and collection, together with effective scheduling of pickups.</p>
<p>The company is working closely with the <a href="https://bsc.org.au/">Battery Stewardship Council</a> to ensure button cell and lithium batteries are recycled for processing rather than ending up in landfill.   Sadly, Mercury and silver-based button cell batteries that are dumped in landfills, or incinerated, will leak mercury toxins into water supplies and food chains.  They should be recycled and not put in with normal rubbish.</p>
<p>Ecobatt has invested heavily in technology and through its website and communication programs it is ensuring that we  look to achieve world best practice with our battery recycling, which currently is less than a third of what has been achieved in Europe.</p>
