<p>The modern furniture buyer&#8217;s journey has evolved dramatically. While the tactile, in-store experience remains the gold standard for final purchasing decisions, today&#8217;s consumers increasingly begin their research online. They want to examine products from every conceivable angle, visualise different colour options, and understand how pieces will look in their own living spaces – all before setting foot in a showroom. This digital-first approach to research means that brands failing to provide comprehensive online visualisation are essentially invisible during the crucial early stages of the customer journey.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="font-weight: 400;">As we all know, the never-ending need for ‘content’ can be a laborious and frustrating challenge for many businesses. And to be honest, it’s no different when you’re an agency working for clients. Constant posting on social media requires new images and videos to be produced on a regular basis. Of course, it’s not always as straightforward as that, and often we need to be creative with how we coordinate these shoots to maximise outputs over a longer period of time.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">For Britex Carpet Care, we organise one major photoshoot each year. In 2022, we launched their “Job Done Right. Job Done Britex” campaign highlighting their 3in1 Deep Cleaning Machine offer with a comprehensive shoot across three groups of actors all engaging with the machine. In 2023, we worked with Chantel Mila (@mama_mila_au) to champion their Everyday Range of cleaning products. For 2024 though, we needed to go back to the 3in1 Deep Cleaning Machine.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">We set out to reproduce similar set-ups from 2022’s shoot, only with slight twist. The family would remain the same, but our roommates would be two women and our solo renter male. Otherwise, the problem-solution outputs would be exactly the same: identifying the problem, providing a solution and marvelling at the successful outcome. Critically, the key difference between the two shoots would be that everything would be shot on video, with stills pulled directly from the footage (whereas the previous shoot included only one scenario on video, and separate photography).</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Given the planning that took place, we were confident that the approach would deliver a critical amount of good content for us to use on social media, cutting together different reels and image carousels to fill out the next 12 months of content. However, as we commenced with the pre-production of the video shoot, we identified the importance of shooting a set script across each of our three scenarios. While the initial idea wasn’t to produce a 30-sec advertisement, ultimately it became obvious that we could accomplish this feat.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">We worked closely with key production partner <a href="https://www.burninghouse.com.au/">Burninghouse</a> to identify the correct location (in this instance, a large family home in Narre Warren North), and spent a full day filming 6 actors and 2 dogs. The outputs were extraordinary, and the client couldn’t have been happier.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">After all assets had been delivered, The Faith Agency commenced work on pulling together the 30-sec TVCs. The three finished outputs tell a mostly visual story with humorous sound effects and a jaunty score underlining the simplicity with which customers can use the 3in1 Deep Cleaning Machine. These videos are running across digital platforms right now, with great response already.</p>

Pre-production organised each shot into their individual rooms, furniture to be included and key styling elements as well. Capturing each shot across two days at each location, all parties collaborated closely to produce a collection of photographs that not only showcased the aesthetic appeal of the furniture but also wove a compelling narrative about the lifestyle associated with the brand.</p>

We’ve been working with the team there for over 10 years, and in that time, we’ve been lucky enough to assist with various rebrands at different points, yet it was this opportunity that most filled us with excitement.</p>
<p>Prahran Market for a long time has been known as “The Food Lovers’ Market”: a way to differentiate the Market from others across Melbourne as well as local supermarkets. The suggestion being that if you’re a fan of food and want the best quality ingredients, Prahran Market is the place to be. While there have been variations on this theme over the years, it’s always come back to this idea, more focused on the food on offer, and how that benefits our customers.</p>

Have no doubt, food is still a huge feature of the Market, how could it not be. But we want to communicate with people that the Market is so much more than just food and traders; it really is a community where friends can shop together, making connections with locals and traders alike.</p>
<p>So, not only did we need to present the Market as a community hub, but we also needed to streamline our creative direction to be a little more consistent. With lockdowns severely impacting our ability to drive ongoing campaigns, we stepped right back to consider the elements that appeared again and again: circles, bold food-based imagery, illustrations. These items became the cornerstone of a revised style guide that would accompany most generalised messaging.</p>

<p>As a part of this project, our rebranding specialists also assisted with a revised website landing page design for the Market, reinforcing our new creative direction while making some strategic adjustments to the layout and design. We also worked on a revised style guide that could be implemented by internal resources at the Market. And of course, we developed a range of collateral including in-Market print advertising and a suite of Digital Display GIFs. We also streamlined the Prahran Market logo, a long-overdue process that has made it far more impactful and legible across our new collateral.</p>
<p>There was also a photoshoot organised with local photographer <a href="http://www.carmenzammit.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Carmen Zammit</a>, to capture actual customers of the Market gathering and enjoying themselves. While not easy to shoot with COVID restrictions in place, we managed to achieve some terrific outcomes that are now front and centre of our new campaign.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The ACCC approached Faith for assistance to launch the new safety regulations that will apply to quad bikes from October 2020. Fundamental to the new regulations was to produce film content for use on websites and social media that explained the changes. The new regulations come with a requirement that roll bars will need to be placed on the sale of all new and used quad bikes from October 2021. To overcome the safety concerns, and to address the high incidence of accidents, the new safety standards seek to inform buyers about the risk levels of riding quad bikes on hilly terrain.</p>
<p>Faith developed a range of video communications targeted at both quad bike suppliers and consumers. The timeline for the production of the videos, from briefing to completion, was less than three weeks. The scripts were developed with a view to identifying the hazards of quad bike riding and how the new regulations would overcome and reduce the incidence of accidents.</p>
<p>A combination of 3D imagery and on-farm shooting using drones, GoPro cameras and conventional setups was recommended and duly actioned for the project. A small production team of four, including talent, filmed at a Macedon farm property with a variety of terrains to highlight the potential hazards of riding a quad bike on hilly terrain.  The result was two compelling videos that delivered the messaging simply and effectively, to a tight budget, both in terms of time and cost.</p>
<p>Additional footage was also filmed for social media content use in the run-up to the introduction of rollbars in October 2021. Feedback to the work has been extremely positive, but it is a controversial subject with farmers, who feel many traditional manufacturers of quad bikes will exit the Australian market rather than comply with the new regulations.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As a part of the new website development for Lucky nuts and Select Harvests, we also undertook a series of photo shoots to develop some incredible new food shots for the site.</p>
<p>Working with Port Melbourne-based photographer, Grant Cutelli, and food stylist, Lisa La Barbera, our magnificent art director Frankie developed a clear and concise plan of attack for the day and executed it to perfection.</p>
<p>Looking to capture some stunning imagery for our hero slider on the home page, we were briefed to photograph a combination of colourful cakes, stunning salads and decadent desserts. We set about finding recipes that fit the bill by deep diving into Lucky’s incredible recipes.</p>
<p>We were fortunate enough that Lisa is a talented home-cook and pulled together the selected recipes into an irresistible spread that Grant captured with aplomb. Taking inspiration from modern food photography, with top-down approaches and entire table set-ups, we were very happy with the delivered pictures.</p>
<p>Of course, Lucky were understandably thrilled with the results as well, with one team member’s child summing it up simply with, “yum!” Honestly, what more could you want?!</p>
<p>Faith coordinates photo shoots for Lucky on a semi-regular basis, usually at least once every two months, and relish the opportunity every time to get involved with incredible individuals like Grant and Lisa. With Christmas just around the corner, we’ve got some amazing things planned for this iconic Australian brand; who’s hungry?</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This past month, we launched the brand new Lucky nuts website for Select Harvests. A long-term client of ours, we’re proud to have helped them with the next element of their digital presence.</p>
<p>Lucky came to us with an acknowledgement that their ten-year-old website was outdated and lacking in many of the modern features that their customers expected. They were looking for something modern, uncluttered and easy to navigate for their customers. With a plethora of recipes available online (constantly updated and added to), it was important that the platform was easy to maintain and use well into the future.</p>
<p>Faith, lead by our incredible digital designer Kathryn Farr, developed a website concept based on elegant design, stunning photography and simple maintenance that Lucky were very happy with. Utilising a WordPress build with easy template creation, we’ve ensured that Lucky are able to continue to engage their customers both in-store and online.</p>
<p>The new site features the same extensive recipe list, along with in-depth product information and brand understanding that gives the user a deeper connection with this iconic Australian brand. Presented in a far more attractive manner, with a fully mobile-responsive web design, both Faith and Lucky are incredibly happy with the finished product.</p>
<p>In the lead-up to a very busy Christmas period for Lucky, ticking off the new website is just the first in a long line of upcoming projects. Keep an eye out for more upcoming news from Lucky nuts and Faith.</p>

<p>A number of studies recommend brands post once a day on Facebook, and 1 – 2 times per day on Instagram, so it’s crucial to create content that will engage daily with customers.</p>
<p>Every month we shoot around 15 images and create animations for the social media platforms for Lucky Nuts. This has ensured we always have new content that is relevant to the season, food trends and products.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When it comes to content, the Faith team know the power it can have in providing real impetus to a brand’s marketing mix. Facebook has been the prime ingredient with social media networks, but more recently Instagram has become one of the fastest growing networks for brands to invest in as part of their marketing mix.</p>
<p>Faith has had a long association with the Lucky Nuts brand, and over the last two years has managed their Facebook strategy with positive results. Last year following a social media workshop it was decided that the brand would also focus activity on Instagram. Acknowledging the different role it should play to Facebook, the Faith team set about curating different content for Instagram that would stimulate and maximise engagement with Lucky Nuts.</p>
<p>Creating relevant Images and content on a monthly basis posed a challenge, but Faith using their in-house studio, and a mix of engaging props, all styled and sourced by our Art Director team, created an approach that meant 15-20 shots could be created each month that delivered highly visual, content rich photography that aligned directly with Lucky’s brand values.</p>
<p>The new strategy and content has performed extremely well on Lucky Nuts’ social media with followers and engagement both more than doubling in just a few months. The campaign has also worked favourably on Instagram against food bloggers and competitor brands. These results were mainly achieved by increasing the frequency of the posts and the quality of the images. An excellent example of how important content is on social media.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Recently, diversified home wares brand Décor approached Faith to do some work on a new range of glass match up lids and storage containers to complement their existing range, as well as a new range of ovenware baking dishes, with real seal lids that were airtight and leak proof, providing some real innovation into the category.</p>
<p>Both communication problems were solved with some innovative creative thinking.</p>
<p>The ‘match ups’ logo and brand name were subtlety re-designed to reflect the range of lids and matching base colours used. The products were photographed in a simple and uniform way that highlighted their beauty and brilliance. With succinct copy, and elegant art direction a strong brand ad was created that will be promoted extensively through a range of women and homemaker magazines in the run up to Christmas 2015.</p>
