										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In August 2021, Devondale launched brand-new packaging for their Sparkling Apple Juice product. Faith was briefed to create a launch campaign for the product and the brand as a whole.</p>
<p>For over 50 years, <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;"><a style="color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;" href="https://devondalebeverages.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Devondale Beverages</a></span></span> have been a part of the Australian household, with a long brand heritage of delivering fresh sparkling apple juice to the masses. But the last few decades have been difficult for the brand to maintain their foothold in an increasingly diverse marketplace. Incorporated into the Sabrands family in 2018, they now find themselves alongside other Australian icons including Sunraysia, Rosella and CLR.</p>
<p>For the launch campaign, the brief was about highlighting the new product packaging, but also to encourage increased consumption of the product in a variety of settings. The bottle had been redesigned from the older, more traditional ‘stubby’ bottle shape to something a little more sleek, reminiscent of European sparkling water bottles. The label as well had been updated to reflect the higher-end, more premium aspect of the bottle design.</p>
<p>Putting our heads together, we considered how the product should be positioned to our wider audience. Ultimately, we stumbled upon the realisation that for many of us, Devondale Sparkling Apple Juice really had been a part of our lives for a long time, and in many instances had been brought out at almost every occasion. Thus, the idea was born:</p>
<h2>Naturally refreshes <em>any</em> occasion.</h2>
<p>The brilliance of the line is that each word works hard to promote the product and the brand. “Occasion” isn’t just an event or a regular evening, it’s something more than that; it’s something special. When combined with the word “any”, suddenly the idea that we’re talking about “any occasion”, regardless of if it is fancy or relaxed, opens endless possibilities. “Refreshes” speaks to changing up what makes these occasions special; sure, you might usually go to sparkling water or alcohol, but for something a little different, a little special, maybe consider Devondale Sparkling Apple Juice. And of course, “Naturally” refers to the high-quality formulation of the product, with nothing but apples making up its delicious taste.</p>
<p>This positioning line really set us on a pathway to success. We developed a series of images for social media, a brand new TVC promoting the concept, and a dynamic and inspiring website design, something that we’re incredibly proud of. All the imagery used in our campaign highlights the variety of different occasions where you might want to bring out the new Devondale bottle. While it’s too early to gauge the success of the campaign, we’re quite pleased with how everything has come together.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Now more than ever, mental health is one of the most important causes in our society. Far too many people have suffered in silence without support or encouragement to share how they are going. <a href="https://www.ruok.org.au/">R U OK?</a> aims to change this and has been doing so since 2009. Working with experts in suicide prevention and mental illness along with state and federal governments, academics and community groups, R U OK? seeks to open up conversations about how each of us is feeling.</p>
<p>Since 2017, <a href="https://www.maxitrans.com/">MaxiTRANS</a> has been closely linked to R U OK? Day (the second Thursday of September), committing to donating 1% of all sales made on the day to this incredible cause. They have engaged with their staff both in head office, dealerships and service centres across Australia to ensure that everyone has their voice heard and are asked, “are you okay?”.</p>
<p>Faith has been working with MaxiTRANS since late 2018 and has assisted in communicating their connection with R U OK? ever since. Mental health means a lot to Faith and we’re proud to help out.</p>
<p>In 2020, MaxiTRANS once again had pledged to <a href="https://www.maxitrans.com/ruok">donate 1% of all sales</a> made on R U OK? Day, and asked Faith to develop a series of pieces aimed at conveying the importance of the day and letting customers know the good that they would be doing if making a purchase with the brand.</p>
<p>The primary point of communication for MaxiTRANS and its numerous dealerships and service centres across the country is a simple A4 flyer. To be prominently displayed in these facilities throughout the latter days of August and through September up to September 10<sup>th</sup> (R U OK? Day in 2020), the flyer had to cleanly and effectively communicate the offer as well as the backstory of R U OK? and of MaxiTRANS’ involvement. Our <a href="https://www.thefaithagency.com.au/service/creative-development/">creative and design</a> team was more than capable of developing an appropriate design fully compliant with MaxiTRANS brand guidelines.</p>
<p>A huge part of the MaxiTRANS business is <a href="https://www.thefaithagency.com.au/service/social-media-content/">social media management</a>. With six primary brands having varying target audiences, as well as the parent organisation requiring a voice, Faith has managed these pages from the very beginning. It was of course critical that we leveraged these almost 25,000 users to engage with them about such an important cause.</p>
<p>A series of organic posts were developed to communicate the incentive, but paid activity was also coordinated to run simultaneously, both to spread the message beyond the organic audience but also to encourage those new users to follow the brands that were relevant to them.</p>
<p>Finally, a series of <a href="https://www.thefaithagency.com.au/service/">digital display</a> GIFs were developed for MaxiTRANS’ own Google Display campaign as well as for external sources including Truck Sales, a critical cog in the new and used trailer market for MaxiTRANS. These GIFs sought to convey the basics of the campaign (R U OK? Day, the promotion, and where to find out more information) in a series of GIFs presented in multiple sizes, cleanly and clearly, with eye-catching design.</p>
<p>While the final results of the campaign are yet to be determined, we can be proud of MaxiTRANS’ and Faith’s involvement in such a critical cause. This campaign was a huge testament to the relationship that exists between client and agency, with quick turnarounds and exceptional results. We look forward to continuing our partnership with MaxiTRANS into 2021 and for the next R U OK? Day as well. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We were delighted during April and May to start working with the Hygain group, one of Australia’s major suppliers of high quality equine feeds, supplements and nutritional advisory services.  The company was previously privately owned, but was taken over in 2017 by Australian Private Equity firm, Adamantem Capital.  In 2018 the group acquired leading feed producer, Mitavite, from Ingham’s Pty Limited.  In recent times the group has also expanded into the US market with the Hygain product range.</p>
<p>Faith is working on a number of strategic projects for the group and is working with their team on an update of marketing collateral including websites and product literature.</p>
<p>The group operate through the racing, equestrian and stud industries as well as having a vibrant export business throughout Australasia, Asia, the Middle East and Europe.</p>

<p>Founded in Melbourne in 1958, Décor has built its reputation on design excellence, product innovation and trusted quality across kitchenware, lunch and hydration products, picnicware, gardenware, baby products, brushware and cleaning products.</p>
<p>Décor has entrusted Faith to assist with a range of marketing activities, including television, print and digital but most recently with a series of packaging redesigns for a number of new and popular Décor products. We’ve also been tasked to assist with newly acquired iconic Australian brand, Willow.</p>
<p>We were briefed to bring the Décor packaging into line with the quality design and fabrication of their incredible products, while representing the modern, contemporary brand that Décor represents.</p>
<p>Some of the more recent product packaging projects we’ve worked on have included the Microsafe Cupcake Tray and Microsafe Tray, microwaveable baking sets which are truly quite innovative. We’ve also assisted with Décor Go Salad Sets and soon to be released Bento Lunchboxes, Dip Tubs and Willow Reva Pegs.</p>
<p>Décor were pleased with the results and have seen good responses from buyers and customers alike.</p>
<p>Faith’s relationship with Décor is built on a solid partnership and understanding and looks to continue well into the future. Stay tuned for the release of more innovative products (and quality product packaging) in the near future!</p>

<p>With a long history of innovation and design, Macnaught has developed an exciting new range of Retracta reels specifically designed and engineered for the most demanding applications in markets spanning automotive, agriculture, transport, mining and civil.</p>
<p>In conjunction with the Macnaught marketing team, Faith developed a comprehensive launch plan that extended from brand-building platforms, right through to the delivery of comprehensive technical collateral designed to assist engineering specification. The channels and breadth of developments included print advertising, <a href="https://www.retracta.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">web and microsite builds</a>, branded video content creation, eDMs, social media activation, point of purchase signage, packaging and extensive collateral support.</p>
<p>With diverse customer segments across Australian and international markets, the communications campaign is designed to provide awareness as well as educative and technical insights that motivate purchase and/or specification. The launch program is in early stages; however, established metrics are already illustrating strong engagement levels.</p>
