Their Finnish range of garden tool and yard care products, including cutting tools that embrace pruners and loppers, axes and block splitters as well as digging tools. In addition to this segment of gardening we produced a range of materials for UK gardening brand, </span><a href="http://hozelock.com/"><span class="s7">Hozelo</span><span class="s7">c</span><span class="s7">k</span><span class="s7">.</span></a></p>

<p class="s3"><span class="s6">For three years we worked with </span><a href="https://chh.com/"><span class="s7">Carter Holt Harvey</span></a><span class="s6">, one of Australia’s most important producers of wood based products including particleboard brands, </span><span class="s6">Structaflor</span><span class="s6">, </span><span class="s6">Laserframe</span><span class="s6">  R</span><span class="s6">&#8211;</span><span class="s6">flor</span><span class="s6"> and a termite resistant flooring product Terminator.</span></p>
<p class="s3"><span class="s6">The Faith design team also oversaw the consolidation of 25 state brands and 65 products brands to form </span><span class="s6">Australias</span><span class="s6"> largest cement and dry mix company- Cement Australia.</span></p>
<p class="s3"><a href="https://laserlite.com.au/"><span class="s7">Laserlite</span></a><span class="s6">, was the only brand of polycarbonate roofing specifically designed made and tested for Australia’s unique conditions.  Residential as well as commercial markets constitute a major focus for the brand.  Faith produced creative and digital solutions for them including a new website platform that optimised search, product application and selection. SEM, SEO and online display advertising were all geared to maximise paid and earned effectiveness.</span></p>
<p class="s3"><span class="s6">Smorgon Steel was also an important client. Prior to being acquired and merged with </span><span class="s6">Bluescope</span><span class="s6">, Smorgon Steel was involved in supplying steel reinforcing products to the construction and building sectors. A new market positioning was developed as well as a new website and </span><span class="s6">a range of collateral material, new trade and consumer advertising.  </span></p>

<p>The Faith Agency has long been a collaborative partner of Freighter, helping to align their communications with their audience across a variety of different media channels. While we didn’t have a hand in the rebranding development, we have been integral to launching the results.</p>
<p>Key to all of this was the Brand Launch event held at their Ballarat Manufacturing Facility and Head Office in the middle of October. The Faith Agency were tasked with helping to photograph the day and produce a sizzle reel video to communicate the excitement on the day. Collaborating with long-standing production partner Burninghouse we captured the industry luminaries invited on the day first taking a factory tour to view the new $50 million investment in to automated manufacturing, before filming the launch event itself as well as a networking dinner held afterwards.</p>

<p>In addition, The Faith Agency developed Freighter Group’s new digital display campaign, leveraging off the new “Ready To Move Australia” creative approach developed as a part of the rebranding effort. We also assisted with developing cut downs of their new hero video into compelling 30-sec and 15-sec variations.</p>
<p>Our collaboration with Freighter Group doesn’t end there, with updates to user manuals, brochures and much more still to come. We’re also collaborating on setting up their new CRM platform for ongoing eDM activities, including automation processes to keep new subscribers engaged for longer.</p>
<p>Of course, all this is with an eye towards next May for the bi-annual Brisbane Truck Show, which we have had a long and storied history with. We always enjoy a good automotive trade show, and Freighter Group has historically over-performed in these scenarios. We’re very excited by what is being cooked up.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Faith Agency has had a long-standing relationship with Calvary (formerly known as Japara), working with them for close to 10 years. Central to that connection has been our media activities, managing various campaigns across a variety of platforms.</p>
<p>We want to highlight the work that we’ve undertaken with Calvary Aged Care to manage their digital media campaigns. We’ve optimized Calvary Aged Care’s Google Ads campaign by creating localised marketing strategies to support their 50+ geographically diverse homes across Australia. By targeting each location, we’ve boosted brand awareness, promoted open days, and increased occupancy with strong engagement results. We’ve seen terrific results on this campaign over many years with occupancy levels high, and high conversion rates across the campaign.</p>
<p>In addition to our Google Ads campaign for their Aged Care services, we’ve also begun working with Calvary Home Care. We’ve launched a national digital campaign that includes both Google Ads and Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram). Home Care, unlike Aged Care, allows the customer to stay in their own home, with Calvary staff visiting them on a regular basis. This sector is growing rapidly, and the national campaign has seen positive results since its inception. Building on the digital campaign, we’ve also developed a targeted radio campaign for Calvary Home care to help build awareness and ultimately increase enquiry. Another benefit of working with a full-service agency like us is that all of these individual campaigns are booked with the knowledge about each of them, often with creative services tied in, such as scripting, design and output.</p>
<p>As a part of our ongoing media activity with Calvary, in recent years, we’ve helped to transition their Google Analytics accounts from Universal Analytics to GA4 tracking. Recently we have assisted with the Google Tag Manager set-up for the business’ impending new website launch, including the implementation of detailed conversion tracking. And of course, as most agency’s do, we have built a uniquely customised dashboard, not just for Calvary itself, but for different units within the business, ensuring that each department has clear, sector-specific reporting and insights at all times.</p>

In 2024, Francesco’s grandchildren now run Adriatic Furniture with this same ethos, delivering exclusive quality furniture at inexpensive prices across Melbourne. The Faith Agency are proud to help the brand celebrate their 50th year in operation across a range of activities planned to round out the year.</p>
<p>Underpinning our continued collaboration with Adriatic Furniture, we’ve helped to shape each of their sales promotions for the better part of two years. Their Birthday Sale creative was no different, evolving the presentation of the brand to emphasise quality products fully realised with the augmented-reality app, Cylindo. Each image used is created in a fully digitised studio space with a 360-degree product presentation and various propping available to us. The Birthday Sale message is very simple in and of itself, identifying ‘up to 50% off to celebrate our 50th birthday’. But the presentation when combined with visuals and layouts is very strong. We’re also tailoring several of our acclaimed “Why Wait” TVCs to feature product and price callouts and hero messaging to help push the promotion on region broadcast and digital catch-up (BVOD) TV.</p>
<p>We also wanted to offer something a little more exciting to Adriatic’s customers during this Birthday Celebration and so proposed a $10,000 trip to Italy for those who spend over $1,000 across September and October. With a minimum spend amount, we help to reward those who spend more, and the prize pool is very appealing for customers to consider taking the plunge in pursuit of a cushy Italian holiday. The Faith Agency helped to coordinate the travel idea and promoted it with its own bespoke creative concept shared across digital display, websites, in-store video and much more.</p>
<p>Finally, to help wrap out the year, without giving too much away, we’ve got Adriatic’s Black Friday and Boxing Day Sales which shape to be the biggest in the brand’s history. We also have a new lifestyle photoshoot planned to capture the latest and greatest of the brand’s new range. And how could we forget the impending launch of their newest store situated at Essendon DFO!</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="font-weight: 400;">Developing campaign material for clients such as Adriatic is an ongoing process. With a promotional calendar stretching well out into the future, there needs to be a disciplined, ordered approach to the development of concepts, execution and, of course, delivery. In April 2024, Adriatic Furniture ran a Motion Recliner Sale, aiming to highlight the latest recliner lounge sets that the brand had in stock. This type of lounge is increasingly more affordable for consumers (and increasingly expected), with innovations in the technology included making them far more advanced than what many people might remember from recliners even 10 years ago. As such, it has been an area of focus for the brand over the past few months.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">The first step in rolling out any campaign is the development of a promotion lock-up: something that is identifiable as Adriatic, but distinct enough to stand on its own. When you run multiple promotions over a period, there is always a concern that consumers may start to tune out the creative.  We work diligently to keep on file previous executions to avoid too similar an execution and often plan out months in advance to ensure there are no stark variations between promotions.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Next, the roll out of assets requires the identification of key products to be promoted. We typically work with the brand to identify products that would appeal to our target audience while also being mindful of stock levels and pricing. These products are then mapped out across the assets that are developed, with each placement having different specifications and requirements. From simple executions like billboards (which are heavily reliant on the lock-up) to more complex options (such as social media reels or BVOD TVCs), we are constantly monitoring what works and what could be improved to ensure maximum impact within our campaign.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">For these campaigns, we use an integrated approach to reach consumers at all touchpoints of their journey. For example, our eDM strategy has evolved greatly over the 12 months of working with the client, constantly refining our creative and scheduling based on performance to identify an approach that makes the most sense. A challenge of any retailer in 2024 is the balance between eCommerce and instore sales. Email marketing can drive eCommerce sales dramatically but also encourages instore activity. As a result, we’ve trialled referral codes and other sales activations that allow us to better track performance from this channel.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">And of course, the post-campaign reporting is so vital. Maintaining a contextual awareness around why a promotion worked (or didn’t work, as the case maybe) is critical, but also just pulling apart the raw figures and identifying opportunities for future improvement is so vital. We’re proud of the results we’ve achieved for the brand thus far and are keen to see how things will continue to improve into the future, particularly with EOFY, Black Friday and Boxing Day promotions coming up in the second half of the year.</p>

The highly awarded firm offers a unique opportunity for homeowners to leverage their home through a collaborative venture between the two parties. MK Building constructs two custom-designed townhouses on the client’s own land, with the client keeping one while MK Building claim the other. The best part about the arrangement is that most often it requires no financing, a win-win for all parties.</p>
<p>With our years of experience across a range of different real estate clients, MK Building Group appointed Faith to develop a highly targeted digital campaign across digital display and social media to drive leads.</p>
<p>We’ve also been supported on the ground by leading real estate agents, Woodards. We additionally developed a full sales brochure printed and distributed across targeted suburbs in inner-Melbourne, all aimed at encouraging enquiry. We saw good engagement with this activity and are looking to continue with this strategy moving forward.</p>
<p>We look forward to continuing our collaboration with MK Building Group as the year progresses, particularly as we start to drive conversion and see these amazing properties come to life!</p>

We proposed a full-funnel media approach targeting users at all stages of the decision-making process, with specific focus on digital activity.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In November 2021, Japara Aged Care joined the <a href="https://www.calvarycare.org.au/ourservices/">Calvary Heath Care</a> network, combining their 50 aged care homes and 5 retirement villages with Calvary’s numerous private and public hospitals and community care service centres.</p>
<p>For several years, Faith have been tightly connected with the Japara team, primarily assisting with various media planning activities, but we’ve also in the past managed social media channels as well as national campaigns for the business. With the merging with Calvary taking place, Faith is once again pleased to be working in the aged care and health space.</p>
<p>In addition to the ongoing media planning activities taking place, our first challenge was to assist with a range of recruitment campaigns being planned for late 2021-early 2022. Much the same as many other businesses across Australia, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Calvary’s workforce has been hard to avoid. However, a critical part of their business has always been the recruitment of new individuals to enter the health and aged care industry. Calvary’s Aged Care Traineeships are a fully supported offering based in Melbourne’s Southeast.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Faith was briefed to develop up a small campaign aimed at encouraging people to consider applying, specifically around highlighting information sessions across December 2021, that users could attend via Zoom. With a set style guide different from the previous Japara look-and-feel, we worked closely with the Calvary creative style to develop a suite of GIFs for digital display along with images for social media and website banners as well.</p>
<p>The media plan for this campaign was tightly geographically targeted to Melbourne’s southeast, near where the training would take place, with strategic expansion of targeting allowed where relevant. Thanks to our full programmatic digital display capabilities, the campaign was able to show certain creative in certain locations during certain times, all depending on what worked best. This ensured that our campaign was performing as efficiently as possible in order to maximise the reach as well as our conversion.</p>
<p>While it’s still early in the life of the campaign, we have received very positive feedback from Calvary with how everything came together along with early engagement with the creative and available information. We look forward to continuing our work with Calvary into 2022.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In October 2021, <a href="http://www.prahranmarket.com.au" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Prahran Market</a> once again celebrated their annual Say Cheese festival, chockful of cheesy goodness, from cheese tastings, interactive cookalongs and the fourth annual Grilled Cheese Invitational. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing Victorian lockdowns in October 2021, Say Cheese was run as an online-only event, but Faith was there once more to assist with much of the creative concept development for this incredible event.</p>
<p>For the 2021 edition of Say Cheese, we once again maintained our illustrative cheese stack hero image (tied in nicely with the new brand look-and-feel developed earlier in 2021), only this time updating the primary colouring of our creative, moving the tones from blues and greens back to yellows and oranges. With subtle tweaks to language used and fonts, the event imagery was a lovely evolution yet a strong consolidation of the look and feel of what has come before.</p>
<p>We also developed a series of animated GIFs for our programmatic digital display campaign, with a full suite of different sizes rotated between different sites at different times all through machine learning to ensure maximum efficacy of who we reached and were able to convert.</p>
<p>While our full media plan for this campaign originally included outdoor advertising through JCDecaux billboards and Tram banners, ultimately with the lockdown in Victoria persisting, we had to remove these from the plan. However, we were able to stick with our booked radio spots, sponsoring <em>What’s Happening</em> programming on both Nova and Smooth FM here in Melbourne.</p>
<p>There were also a set of digital media assets developed, including website banner for both desktop and mobile landing pages, social media banners set to specific sizes and type-safe areas, and social media images as well.</p>
<p>Ultimately, in spite of very challenging circumstances, Prahran Market’s 2021 Say Cheese festival proved to be extremely successful. While always difficult to compare to in-person events at the Market itself, all online tasting packs were sold out and there was extremely healthy attendance at many of the online cookalongs and tutorials. We were, as always, very proud to help Prahran Market with executing their vision for another successful food experience!</p>
