<p style="font-weight: 400;">For 2025, we worked closely with Freighter Group to create something truly special &#8211; a fully interactive online brochure displayed on large-format touchscreens throughout their stand. With the recent rebranding bringing all trailer models under one cohesive brand identity, we identified an opportunity to showcase their entire product range in an engaging, interactive format.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">The interactive display allows users to explore 3D models of each trailer, rotating and examining them from every angle, peering underneath, and zooming into specific features. Key specifications and benefits appear as hotspots when users interact with different elements of each model.</p>

<p style="font-weight: 400;">After extensive research to find the perfect platform, we selected Vectary for its ability to handle large-format CAD files while providing the flexibility we needed to maintain brand consistency. Rather than using an off-the-shelf solution, we created a custom subdomain of the Freighter Group website, giving us complete control over the user experience while integrating the 3D models seamlessly.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Developing the site architecture to house the online brochure was a critical part of this, aiming to maintain the right look and feel of the brand’s digital presence, while also ensure better user experience reflecting the touchscreen nature of the presentation at the Truck Show (such as horizontal scrolling rather than vertical, or a simplified page structure that didn’t require clicking through endless landing pages).</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Our team collaborated extensively with Freighter Group&#8217;s engineers, ensuring each model was accurately represented. One of the key advantages of our approach is the ability to update models while preserving existing hotspots and feature callouts, making ongoing maintenance efficient and straightforward.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Of course, working with such detailed technical files presented challenges. These trailers, often 10-15 meters in length and rendered at full scale, required significant optimisation to perform well in a show environment where connectivity can be unpredictable. Through careful refinement, we delivered a smooth experience that performed flawlessly on the show floor.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Looking ahead, we&#8217;re continuing to expand the interactive brochure platform, with plans to add nearly 40 models. The site will become an invaluable sales tool for dealers, providing customers with an engaging way to explore Freighter Group&#8217;s comprehensive product range.</p>

At its peak, Thrifty-Link had approximately 330 retail stores that were independently owned and managed. It was also a tumultuous period as big box retailing – namely Bunnings within the hardware sector – was aggressively taking market share and retailers were under pressure to secure and promote their point of consumer relevance.</span></p>
<p class="s5"><span class="s6">Thrifty-Link Hardware, now part of Metcash and the Mitre 10 group, is an independent national retail group focussed on convenience hardware. With more than 300 members across all Australian states and territories, the marketing program was developed centrally and supported by national and state-based retailer councils. </span><span class="s6">Similar to</span><span class="s6"> franchised retail groups, members contributed to the marketing fees and in conjunction with the marketing team, The Faith Agency was responsible for the development </span><span class="s6">of</span><span class="s6"> a fully integrated </span><span class="s6">ongoing </span><span class="s6">program</span><span class="s6">.</span></p>
<p class="s5"><span class="s6">From market research and a clear understanding of buyer behaviour within the hardware segment, we recognised that having a relatively small, highly accessible store footprint was important to those people looking to </span><span class="s6">conveniently make a timely purchase with the minimum of fuss. Easily finding the right product, with insightful service, was also deemed to be an important reason why a customer might choose to shop at Thrifty-Link as opposed to a larger retail option.</span></p>
<p class="s5"><span class="s6">To competitively position </span><span class="s6">Thrifty-Link Hardware</span><span class="s6">, </span><span class="s6">the brand proposition </span><span class="s6">of </span><span class="s6">“Nothings to</span><span class="s6">o</span><span class="s6"> hard”</span><span class="s6"> was launched</span><span class="s6">. It was based on an important</span><span class="s6"> insight and </span><span class="s6">‘truth’ that </span><span class="s6">Thrifty-Link was ideally based to deliver. </span></p>
<p class="s5"><span class="s6">By having the right product (rather that every product option), by having expert advice immediately available (and not having to go looking for </span><span class="s6">that </span><span class="s6">advice) and having a store format at convenient locations that promoted quick and easy access</span><span class="s6">,</span><span class="s6"> found </span><span class="s6">strong community support</span><span class="s6">.</span><span class="s6"> The fact that the person who owned the store</span><span class="s6"> could be typically found on the shop floor</span><span class="s6">,</span><span class="s6"> and was part of the local community</span><span class="s6">,</span><span class="s6"> helped </span><span class="s6">amplify the</span> <span class="s6">brand culture of “Nothings to</span><span class="s6">o</span><span class="s6"> hard”.</span></p>
<p class="s5"><span class="s6">The advertising and communications program was ongoing and extensive. Catalogues, television, radio, press, promotions, digital, in-store, loyalty and local area marketing all contributed to a focussed and results orientated strategy that helped Thrifty-Link secure and </span><span class="s6">hold </span><span class="s6">valuable market share within an aggressive retail market.</span></p>

The highly awarded firm offers a unique opportunity for homeowners to leverage their home through a collaborative venture between the two parties. MK Building constructs two custom-designed townhouses on the client’s own land, with the client keeping one while MK Building claim the other. The best part about the arrangement is that most often it requires no financing, a win-win for all parties.</p>
<p>With our years of experience across a range of different real estate clients, MK Building Group appointed Faith to develop a highly targeted digital campaign across digital display and social media to drive leads.</p>
<p>We’ve also been supported on the ground by leading real estate agents, Woodards. We additionally developed a full sales brochure printed and distributed across targeted suburbs in inner-Melbourne, all aimed at encouraging enquiry. We saw good engagement with this activity and are looking to continue with this strategy moving forward.</p>
<p>We look forward to continuing our collaboration with MK Building Group as the year progresses, particularly as we start to drive conversion and see these amazing properties come to life!</p>

<p style="font-weight: 400;">The first step in this new brand journey has been the targeting of the Wind Turbine industry which will see the implementation of an integrated strategy covering print, web, eDMs and digital advertising, integrating key messages with dynamic visual presentation.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In May 2021, <a href="https://www.maxitrans.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">MaxiTRANS</a> were a key participant in the 2021 Brisbane Truck Show. For over 50 years, the Brisbane Truck Show has been a biennial trade show highlighting the latest and greatest from truck and trailer manufacturers across Australia and New Zealand. MaxiTRANS, as Australia’s largest trailer manufacturer, has been a key supporter of the show, and in 2021 were celebrating the 75<sup>th</sup> anniversary of one of their key product brands, Freighter.</p>
<p>Using this anniversary as the focus of their display, while also celebrating their other brands including Maxi-CUBE, Hamelex White and Trout River, MaxiTRANS sought Faith’s assistance across a range of different pieces. We originally consulted on stand ideas and how best to convey the story being told earlier in 2020, but in time for the show’s launch, we were required to develop key assets as a part of the presentation.</p>
<p>The first part of our assistance involved development of a number of different signs to be used not just at the show itself, but also during MaxiTRANS-specific events separately. With solid briefs and a range of key hero imagery, we worked quickly and efficiently to develop the appropriate assets to exact specifications.</p>
<p>In addition to the signage, we were also heavily involved in developing a brand-new range of brochures representing each of the six primary MaxiTRANS brands, as well as their Servicing and PBS capabilities. Created over a number of months, these brochures each had a shared look and feel to sit comfortably side-by-side, while still reflecting the unique advantages of each of the brands. These were developed primarily as digital-only documents, to be shared on the MaxiTRANS website and at the show using QR code scanning on mobile phones.</p>
<p>And most importantly, we developed the 10 various hero videos that were displayed next to each trailer featured at their stand. Cut together using an assortment of previous videos, advertisements and new concepts, these videos were a serious amount of work. However, thanks to the hard work of our internal video team and MaxiTRANS’ steadfast support, we managed to pull everything together in time for the show.</p>
<p>And what a show it was! With a huge amount of interested customers making their way through MaxiTRANS’ display, many internally and externally said it was their best show ever. <p>In April 2021, Faith completed work on a brand-new marketing initiative with the <a href="https://www.toorakvillage.com.au" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Toorak Village Traders Association</a>, a 20-page high-end booklet distributed to local post boxes as well as in individual stores along Toorak Road.</p>
<p>Faith has significant experience in developing print collateral for brands, having developed the concept for and completed a number of Prahran Market Feed Magazines, as well as various maps, booklets and other print assets for a range of brands.</p>
<p>The Toorak Village Traders Association initially reached out to Faith during the 2020 Coronavirus Pandemic, looking to explore how better to connect with their local customers. Many of the businesses along Toorak Road reported that much of their patronage came from within a 5km radius, so having something that really pushed the Toorak Village message to this audience was critical. In addition to this, Toorak is well-known as quite a high-end suburb, with premium style and refined taste, meaning that whatever was developed needed to match this aesthetic.</p>
<p>Picking back up on the project in early 2021, we quickly worked to determine the ideal format of our booklet, presenting an A5 horizontal booklet, with quite a heavy GSM (recognising limits through Australia Post distribution). 20 pages allowed us to combine a mixture of local trader stories, premium imagery and small advertisements as well.</p>
<p>In conjunction with local PR consultant, <a href="https://www.craiglawson.net/pr-by-craig-lawson/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Craig Lawson</a>, individual stories were written up and included in our booklet. Images were supplied mostly by the client, and we worked diligently to ensure that the presentation was perfect. The most challenging aspect of the booklet was the front cover itself, which was set up as a collage of different images representing the high-end nature of Toorak Village in addition to the various products and traders included. However, the end result speaks for itself: the document looks absolutely fantastic.</p>
<p>Going out to over 12,000 homes, the first edition of the Toorak Village Voice was a huge success. Almost immediately, traders reported customers enquiring about stories and products featured, driving huge traffic to different stores along the strip. The elegant design was warmly received as well.</p>
<p>There has been much discussion about future editions, from increasing page count to even higher GSM. We look forward to working with the Toorak Village Traders Association on future Toorak Village Voice editions. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We were delighted during April and May to start working with the Hygain group, one of Australia’s major suppliers of high quality equine feeds, supplements and nutritional advisory services.  The company was previously privately owned, but was taken over in 2017 by Australian Private Equity firm, Adamantem Capital.  In 2018 the group acquired leading feed producer, Mitavite, from Ingham’s Pty Limited.  In recent times the group has also expanded into the US market with the Hygain product range.</p>
<p>Faith is working on a number of strategic projects for the group and is working with their team on an update of marketing collateral including websites and product literature.</p>
<p>The group operate through the racing, equestrian and stud industries as well as having a vibrant export business throughout Australasia, Asia, the Middle East and Europe.</p>

<p>For over 50 years, the Minimax homewares stores in Victoria have catered to the appetites of the style-hungry cooks. Minimax now has stores throughout Melbourne, Adelaide and Tasmania with a broad range of superior products, selected for their style, quality and uniqueness.</p>
<p>Faith has worked with Minimax for several years now, having assisted in the development of numerous catalogues each year, along with other marketing collateral. Last year, Faith designed the 2017 Christmas ‘Noël’ catalogue, showcasing a stylish range of gifts and decorations, both contemporary and traditional, representing the culmination of the Minimax 50 Year anniversary celebration.</p>
<p>Looking to deliver a modern, vibrant design and layout, art director Frankie developed an outstanding document that successfully captured the joy of Christmas and the essence of Minimax.</p>
<p>The catalogue was so well received that it has in fact been named a finalist in the 2018 Australasian Catalogue Awards in the Kitchenware and Home Interiors category. In the company of such iconic brands as David Jones, Kmart and Big W, we’re very pleased with the response that we’ve received.</p>
<p>The Awards take place on Friday 7th September at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Stay tuned to see how we go!</p>

So as an iconic brand that has been an integral part of Tasmanian families for generations, the decision to implement a name change had to be carefully managed.</p>
<p>As we all know if you’re not evolving in a positive retail direction you are going backwards! With that in mind, the need to continually offer a captivating retail experience has been given a long-term commitment after the Homewares Group unveiled it plans to integrate Your Habitat, with its other significant retail marque, Minimax.</p>
<p>The name change begins its transition with the launch of “<strong>Minimax by Your Habitat</strong>” taking place across television, press, digital, social media and loyalty platforms. The tagline “<strong>New look.</strong> <strong>Same store </strong><strong>you’ve loved for over 30 years</strong>” has been well received at staff and customer events with many of those in attendance having either worked in-store or shopped the brand for decades!</p>
