For decades, Retracta Industrial Hose Reels have been recognised as the iconic benchmark for performance and reliability across its operating markets, both here and internationally.

With a long history of innovation and design, Macnaught has developed an exciting new range of Retracta reels specifically designed and engineered for the most demanding applications in markets spanning automotive, agriculture, transport, mining and civil.

In conjunction with the Macnaught marketing team, Faith developed a comprehensive launch plan that extended from brand-building platforms, right through to the delivery of comprehensive technical collateral designed to assist engineering specification. The channels and breadth of developments included print advertising, web and microsite builds, branded video content creation, eDMs, social media activation, point of purchase signage, packaging and extensive collateral support.

With diverse customer segments across Australian and international markets, the communications campaign is designed to provide awareness as well as educative and technical insights that motivate purchase and/or specification. The launch program is in early stages; however, established metrics are already illustrating strong engagement levels.

Expanding Nationally

Its been an exciting start to the new financial year for the Faith team with the development of an exciting new working relationship with Sydney based Macnaught.

Macnaught was established in 1948 and has been designing and manufacturing premium quality fluid measurement, fluid transfer and lubrication equipment for the agricultural, automotive, industrial, mining and transport industries across the world for over six decades.

The new partnership will see Faith involved from brand development through to the implementation of segment specific advertising and communications. Faith will also work with the Macnaught team on innovative product launches as well as the day to day development of digital campaigns, local area marketing materials, data sheets, product catalogues and exhibitions.

We are delighted to have the opportunity to work with such a great group of people in Sydney and our appointment signifies a continued expansion of working with clients nationally, wherever they are located.
